Product introduction
The liquid to be filtered by bag filter flows into the feed tube and go by the top of filter bag which is supported by a bracket, making the liquid averagely distributed onto the filter surface.The stream-line distribution of filter media is a uniform face, with no negative effect of turbulence. The liquid flows from the inside to the outside of the bag, the particals and impuritied filtered out are trapped in the bag, making the replacement of filter bags not pollute downstream liquid,and also making the filtration system cleaned easily. A handle is designed in the bag so that its replacement is quick and easy. The supporting filter bracket is punched by high-strength steel plate,may also made of stainless wire mesh,this provides bag filter system with a large and smooth filter surface, ensuring the big flow, small size, preventing migration of filter bag fiber, thus ensuring a high filtration efficiency.
Filter bag media are mainly the surface filter mesh material, depth filtration needle felt material.and deep absorption material. There can be installed specific magnetic bar, activated carbon,or diatomaceous earth in the filter bag, to remove iron impurities or adopt organic compounds.
